We really enjoyed the prime location of the hotel, as we could easily walk to Millennium Park and check out various attractions. The staff was also fantastic. they were friendly and attentive, making our stay much more enjoyable, especially with a small baby in tow.
In my wife’s opinion, they really need to enhance the dining options for families with children.

This was just a nice choice for a brief visit in Chicago with good price value. The air conditioning worked fine, which helped me relax after a long day. Consider bringing your own water as there’s no vending machine on site.

great access to parks and famous attractions nearby
I found this spot to be a perfect base for weekend city strolls, just a few steps to Maggie Daley Park for lovely views and only about a kilometer to see the iconic Cloud Gate, making my visit truly memorable and enjoyable. it's a convenient and reasonably priced location, although the old carpets could use some updating.

missingWrote a review on Jul 28clean bathroomfriendly staffgood locationheating issuesbroken outletsdust accumulation
Location near public transportation made it easy to explore Chicago. Staff members were friendly, and I appreciated their willingness to hold my luggage after check-out. The remodeled bathroom felt modern and clean. However, the room itself showed signs of age. Outlets in the room were broken, and the shower took a while to get hot water. The bed felt uncomfortable despite the clean sheets. I also noticed some dust in the corners and had issues with the heating in the room on the first night, which was disappointing. The hallways felt cramped, and housekeeping didn't seem particularly efficient. For a budget hotel, it served its purpose but could use some upgrades to make the stay more pleasant.

The security personnel provided exceptional service, guiding us with parking directions and ensuring our comfort. The front desk staff showed remarkable kindness during a stressful check-out situation that alleviated our concerns.
The noise from nearby streets could be disruptive, especially during nighttime.

Prime location near major attractions like Grant Park and Millennium Park, making it easy to explore the city. Solid free Wi-Fi connection enhances convenience, and having a kitchen adds practicality for meals.
The hotel feels old and tired, with outdated decor and musky rooms. Heating isn't centralized and can be a hassle since it's only activated below 50 degrees outside—a bit frustrating when you're cold. No amenities such as a gym or doorman, and you can hear the L train, which might be bothersome for light sleepers.
